Scottish Films

Just found out that there is a movie production of Lewis Grassic Gibbon’s Sunset Song in the works! Due for release in 2015. I hope it is released in the US too. It promises to be visually stunning. Made by British film-maker Terence Davies. The film stars Agyness Deyn, Peter Mullan, and Kevin Guthrie.
Read about it here. Check out Terence Davies website here.

Four other Scottish based films were mentioned in this article. All sound good and I am going to try to find all of them to watch. Netflix does have a couple of them.
